WishWell LLC, operating as Noet, provides this general channel for copyright, name or likeness, trademark, false-endorsement, attribution, and factual-correction reports. For a specific product-card photo, you may also use Report this image.

1. What to report

• Material you believe infringes a copyright.
• Use of a name, image, likeness, voice, channel identity, or branding without authority.
• Trademark confusion, passing off, or a false suggestion of sponsorship or endorsement.
• Incorrect creator, video, product, timestamp, source, or attribution information.
• A correction, restriction, or removal request concerning a specific Noet URL.

2. Information that helps us review

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card information, provider credentials, or unnecessary government identity documents.

• Your name, reliable contact method, and relationship to the right or person involved.
• Each exact Noet URL and a clear description of the challenged material.
• The basis for your concern and the correction, restriction, or removal you request.
• Supporting information reasonably available to you.

3. Copyright reports

For a copyright concern, identify the protected work and the material and URL at issue. Include a good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; a statement that the report is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner; and a physical or electronic signature.

4. Name, likeness, trademark, endorsement, and attribution reports

Explain the identity, mark, relationship, or attribution at issue; why the presentation is unauthorized, confusing, misleading, or inaccurate; and what correction or restriction you seek. These reports can involve different legal standards from copyright and will not be treated as interchangeable.

5. What Noet may do

WishWell may acknowledge the report, preserve the current page and relevant evidence, temporarily restrict material when appropriate, contact the authenticated creator unless prohibited or unsafe, request more information, and record the decision and restoration conditions.

An acknowledgment is not a determination of ownership, infringement, endorsement, accuracy, or liability. Material disputes, conflicting claims, threats of suit, compulsory process, and restoration requests may be referred to counsel.

6. Repeat and abusive conduct

WishWell may preserve evidence of substantiated repeat infringement or abuse and may restrict or terminate accounts where appropriate. Fraudulent or abusive reports may also be restricted. Noet does not require a positive review or suppress a good-faith correction as a condition of access.

7. How to submit

Email legal@takenoet.com with the subject “Rights or correction report.” Listing this address does not itself prove delivery or monitoring; those remain operational acceptance requirements. Privacy-rights requests should instead go to privacy@takenoet.com, and billing questions to support@takenoet.com.
