This Policy applies to subscriptions sold by WishWell LLC, doing business as Noet. It supplements the Terms of Service and does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
1. Monthly subscriptions
Noet launch plans renew monthly in U.S. dollars plus applicable taxes. There is no annual commitment, revenue share, rollover, or surprise overage. Checkout must show the exact selected price, monthly renewal, applicable-tax posture, cancellation route, and allowance expiry next to the final purchase action.
2. Online cancellation
You may cancel online through the Stripe Customer Portal without interacting with a live or virtual agent. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Paid access continues through that date, and unused allowance expires at period end.
For Founding Creator, paid period end begins a 30-calendar-day unpaid return window. Successful payment during that window restores the $9 monthly Founding plan and benefits. Signing in, requesting reactivation, or beginning Checkout does not restore them. No paid-plan processing occurs during the unpaid window. After expiration, ordinary return is available only on a then-current regular plan unless Noet separately authorizes a new Founding invitation or exception.
3. Refund rule and exceptions
Subscription fees are nonrefundable once a billing period begins, except where law requires a refund or WishWell confirms a duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charge or a material failure to provide the purchased service. Canceling does not retroactively refund the current period.
WishWell reviews requests individually. Approval of one request does not change this Policy for another charge.
4. Requesting review
Contact support@takenoet.com promptly. Include the Noet account email, charge date, amount, and the reason for the request. Do not send a complete card number, card security code, password, provider credential, or unnecessary identity document.
An approved refund is returned through the original payment method when available. Bank or provider processing time is outside Noet’s control.
5. Payment failures
If a renewal payment fails, Noet may retry it. Stripe may send receipts, invoices, and failed-payment (dunning) messages. Noet may also display a durable in-account notice. We do not promise a separate Noet email for every Stripe event, and we do not send annual-plan reminders because no annual plan is offered. New processing may be restricted during the recovery period described by the account notice, but online cancellation, payment management, export, and deletion remain available as promised by the account lifecycle.
Payment-failure recovery is separate from the voluntary-cancellation Founding return window. A payment failure does not create, extend, or replace that return window.
6. Price changes
A recurring-price change receives at least 30 days’ advance durable notice, never takes effect during a current paid period, preserves the prior price until the lawful renewal, and obtains affirmative consent where required. Qualifying Founding Creator continuity is not silently repriced.
7. Disputes and non-waivable rights
Contacting support first may help resolve an error quickly, but nothing here waives a lawful charge dispute, cancellation right, refund, reversal, or other non-waivable remedy. The Terms do not require arbitration and contain no class-action waiver.
