What this is for

Use this form if you believe a photo (or other image) on a Noet product card:

  • infringes your copyright;
  • uses a person’s name, face, or likeness without authority; or
  • is an Amazon or other retailer listing image that should not be hosted as a creator photo.

What to send

Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, provider credentials, or unnecessary government ID.

Email legal@takenoet.com with the subject Report this image, or use the fields below if a form is shown. Include:

  1. Your name and a reliable way to reach you.
  2. The exact Noet URL of the product card (paste the address bar). If you used the button on the card, that URL should already be filled.
  3. Which image you mean, if the page has more than one.
  4. What is wrong, in your own words.
  5. For a copyright concern, also include: the copyrighted work; good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; statement that the report is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner; physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is enough).
  6. What you want Noet to do (remove the image, hide the card, or another specific correction).

For copyright notices, also use the designated-agent block on /rights. Rights, Takedown, and Corrections.

This form opens an email to legal@takenoet.com. Noet does not collect the image file here unless you attach it yourself in that email.

What Noet may do

WishWell may acknowledge the report, preserve the page and the image file, hide or remove the image or card while we look, and contact the creator who uploaded it unless that would be prohibited or unsafe.

An acknowledgment is not a decision that the image is infringing, unauthorized, or anyone’s property. WishWell may refuse or remove an image under the Terms even when no report is filed.

Repeat or abusive reports, and repeat infringement by a creator, may lead to restriction or termination as described on the Rights page.
